Antea Group, an international engineering and environmental consulting firm, has reported positive financial results for 2015. The company achieved net revenues of €363 million worldwide, showing a static performance compared to €368 million twelve months earlier.
The downturn in revenue was due in part to the low oil prices which stifled investment by clients in the oil & gas industry. The firm generated 39% of revenues within the private sector, while the public sector accounted for 61%. Additionally, results by broad business lines were split 58% environment, 19% infrastructure, 10% urban planning, 8% water and 5% other. Total headcount at year end was 3,377, a slight dip from 3,533 the year prior.
