Roger details how, in cooperation with local employee volunteer leads, CSAA Insurance Group designed localized volunteer strategies that align with the corporation's values nationwide, which resulted in increasing participation rates from 35% to 98% in just three years. In addition, Roger provides ten steps to building a robust, manageable corporate volunteer program that can be adopted by all sizes and types of companies looking to increase their community impact.
